The motion to concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE                                                                    
BILL NO. 89(JUD) "An Act relating to the Legislative Ethics Act; and                                                            
providing for an effective date" which had been held to April 12                                                                
(page 782) was before the Senate.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent to hold the                                                                  
concurrence on the Secretary's desk. Senator Begich objected, then                                                              
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the                                                                   
concurrence was held on the Secretary's Desk.
